WHO PROVIDES THE SERVICE

Good Office provides the platform.

You may subscribe directly or receive Good Office through an authorized MSP. Your order, service agreement, and account identify who manages your customer relationship and the role each party has when personal information is processed.

How information is used

We use information to:

  • create and administer accounts and organizations;
  • provide workspaces, model access, agents, Flow Studio, connected tools, and approvals;
  • measure usage, administer subscriptions, and support customer billing;
  • secure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
  • respond to demo, support, security, and legal requests; and
  • meet contractual and legal obligations.

Good Office does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AI models and connected services

Good Office provides access to selected third-party AI models, including models from OpenAI and Anthropic. The prompt, selected context, and files needed for a request may be sent to the chosen model provider. The applicable provider configuration and contract determine how that provider handles the request.

Organization administrators choose which available models and connections their members can use. Good Office does not use customer workspace content to train a Good Office model, and the platform does not offer a custom Good Office model.

Flow Studio turns an organization's instructions into a visual automation plan. A flow can access only the connectors and agents enabled for that organization, and write actions remain subject to its configured approvals.

When information is shared

Information may be shared with:

  • your organization and its authorized members, based on workspace membership and role;
  • your MSP, when it provides account administration, billing, or support under your service arrangement;
  • infrastructure, authentication, email, model, connected-tool, monitoring, and automation providers that support the service;
  • advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users; and
  • a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.

Support access to customer content is limited to authorized work needed to resolve a request or protect the service.

Retention and security

Workspace content is retained according to the organization's settings and service agreement. Other records are kept only as long as needed for service delivery, security, support, billing, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and backup recovery. Automation run history and connector records follow the retention settings shown to administrators in the product.

Good Office uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected issue through Good Office support.

Cookies and similar technology

The current service uses cookies or local browser storage needed for sign-in, session continuity, security, and product settings. Good Office does not use advertising cookies on the platform.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the role of each company involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also have a right to appeal or complain to a privacy regulator.

If your account is provided by an employer, customer organization, or MSP, start with that organization's administrator because it controls the account and workspace settings. You may also contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate the response with the responsible organization.

International use and children

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by the selected service providers. Required data transfer terms must be addressed in the applicable customer agreement before a deployment subject to those rules.

Good Office is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Organizations should not provision accounts for children unless a separately reviewed use case and agreement permits it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest update. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the customer relationship when required.
